We are able to integrate suspension seats, lift kits, and tire inflation systems onto all of our axles that we assemble in our standalone facility. Suspension and lift kit integrations are just an additional step in our axle assembly process. We offer a wide variety of supplier components to choose from when integrating suspensions and lift kits. We can provide a harness system that runs from the nose to the tail of your trailer. We will review your trailer schematic and recommend the harnesses that best suit your needs including standardized connections for future maintenance. With access to over 350K+ parts from our supplier partners we can build the perfect pre-assembled air brake kit to fit your needs. We often build kits for small to mid-sized OEM trailer manufactures in order to ease the assembly process. We also build retro-fit kits that can be used by fleets when large jobs need to be completed in a short amount of time. Our kits include, but are not limited to, jounce lines, gladhands, DOT fittings, air brake valves, ECU's, brake chambers, J844 tubing, abs cables, and the hangers needed to mount these systems.
