Our facility comes equipped with the latest technology to ensure a robust brake product offering. We routinely upgrade our systems to ensure we are able to manufacture our brake product to the latest industry standards. This includes our latest disc brake product offering in our Millennium brand.
Fleetcote by FleetCraft is our thermo-finishing powder-coating process that offers superior bonding and protection for our brake shoes. Our process offers a long-lasting durable coating that ensures superior performance in all environments. All of our product goes through a thorough cleaning and blasting process to ensure a perfect substrate for our powder coating process. Once powder coated we run our finished assemblies though our automated rivet process that then tests for proper torque parameters to ensure full rivet engagement. New and re-manufactured product follows the same process to ensure a durable final product.
Due to this superior process, FleetCraft offers a 3-year limited warranty on our brake shoes.
